By downloading, installing, or using PosturePal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PosturePal is a mobile application that provides posture analysis, stretching exercises, and wellness reminders. The App uses on-device machine learning to analyze posture through your device's camera. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• If you experience pain or discomfort, stop exercising and seek medical attention
• The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information from this App

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Subscription and Payments

PosturePal offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features including stretches and reminders
• Premium Subscription: Access to all features including AI posture analysis
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by your Google account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Distribute, license, or sell the App or any part thereof
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PosturePal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTUREPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
